Dr. Briana Tucker earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015.
She began her career working in outpatient orthopedics, primarily treating neck, low back, and joint pain/dysfunctions. She became certified in dry needling in 2016 from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. After practicing in both outpatient and inpatient orthopedics/neurological disorders, Dr. Tucker decided to pivot in her career path due to her own personal experiences with pelvic pain/dysfunction and postpartum recovery after a cesarean delivery. Following the birth of her two children, she became interested in pelvic floor therapy, specifically pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy.
Dr. Tucker is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist through Core Exercise Solutions. She has taken Pelvic Floor Level 1 and 2B from Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has acquired skills in performing visceral mobility through The Barral Institute. She is extremely passionate about providing education and the best personalized care to women in order to help them feel empowered, achieve their goals, and return to feeling like their true selves.
